Sydney’s Best New Bar (Time Out Bar Awards
2017) is one short block from the State Theatre,
specialising in housemade sodas and cocktails.
Explore their daring soda flavours like smoked
lemonade, wattle cola, blackstrap ginger and
bush tonic, concocted by co-founder (and
Australian Bartender Magazine’s Bartender of the
Year) Michael Chiem. Come on by and tell them
